I ‘ve been working with Vine Recruitment for two years to help find support workers across the Carterton, Faringdon and Grove areas. The firm provides two semi-permanent staff and then ad hoc staff as needed.

Vine are really good. The locums fit perfectly into the full-time team and I usually phone Zororo or Terence on the day or the day before for last-minute support staff, and they come back very quickly. They cover our ad hoc requirements very well.

What’s also great about Vine is that they have very good consistency with their staff. There are some regulars that we use which is great. They have a good system for letting staff know which shifts they’re covering and are always polite and easy to deal with.

Another thing that really stands out is that their staff are very well-trained. If we need specialist staff such as someone who is epilepsy trained or PEG trained, they are very good at having those kind of people available.
