Vine Recruitment Solutions would like to reassure all our clients, their families and other informal carers that we are still delivering our services, working closely with the NHS and local Authority and following guidelines laid down by Public Health England ( the link to this is below)
As a company, we take the welfare of our clients and staff extremely seriously and have plans in place to ensure their safety whilst making sure our services remain available.
At the present time, our offices remain open, as all our employees are classed as “Key Workers” and so should you need to contact us we will do our best to help you via the telephone or email.
Like the common cold, COVID-19 ( or the coronavirus infection) usually occurs through close contact with a person who has the virus, and is transmitted by a cough, a sneeze or hand contact. It is also possible to catch the virus by touching a contaminated surface if proper hand washing procedures are not followed.
All employees of Vine Recruitment Solutions, have been appropriately trained in infection control procedures and are issued with Protective Personal Equipment in keeping with our duty of care.
Currently, DoH guidelines do not require Care Workers to routinely wear surgical masks unless there is a confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19 or a person presents with symptoms and has been advised to self isolate.
Our thoughts at this time are not only with our colleagues on the front line providing care to vulnerable people, but also with those with any health concerns or issues brought on by the virus.
